Can I reproduce and reprint images and use them?

No works are treated under copyright protection law.

Some images have spaces around the edges, but I don't want them. Can I have a full page?

Yes, you can. If you specify this request in your order notes section, it will be printed and sent in this way.

Can I make changes to product colors?

We can help you if you contact us about the issue before placing an order.

Do the products contain glass?

Glass is not used in the products for safety reasons. Instead, ultra-clear polycarbonate, which has the same appearance as glass, is used.

How are the products hung?

You can hang the products with nails/screws or double-sided tape for hanging frames.

Your credit card information is only used when ordering and is not stored in the database. All payment transactions to be made on our site are made with 3Dsecure SMS approval. CARGO AND DELIVERY

when will my order be given to cargo?

Our delivery time for cargo is between 1-3 working days. The delivery times of the products may vary according to the production time of the frame type. During campaign periods or over-capacity densities, this period may take up to 7-10 working days. In these cases, preliminary information is given.

Will the products be damaged during shipping? What should I do in such a case?

The products are carefully packed with 3 different materials to prevent damage. Under normal conditions, it is not possible to break or be damaged. However, if such a situation occurs, you should attach a damage assessment report to the cargo officer. When you send us the damage assessment report, a new one will be sent to replace the products. No action can be taken on products for which a damage assessment report is not kept.
